Warrior 8th gets wins at Holcomb, 7th holds on for 24-20 win PDF Print E-mail

The eighth grade Eisenhower Lady Warriors took on Holcomb in a non-conference basketball game Tuesday.  alt

“The Lady Warriors gave a much better effort against Holcomb, and they got back to their winning ways,” Lady Warrior coach Tiffany Bottum said. 

The Lady Warriors won 34-14.

Ashley Carrillo led the Lady Warriors with 11 points, Kaitlyn Stoney scored eight, and Emma Evans had six.

Jenice Perez and Aracely Juardo each had seven rebounds.

Tuesday night the seventh grade Lady Warrior basketball took on Holcomb in the Warrior gym, and Eisenhower held on for a 24-20 win. 

Leading the Warriors was Lexi Hensley with a double double with 11 points and 18 rebounds.

Jenna Ormiston had six points in the win. Lizzy Cisneros put in four. Rachelle Terrazas had two, and Hallie West scored one.

“The girls are going to have to raise their intensity for the game on Thursday,” Eisenhower coach Jessica Tercero said.
