ODESSA, Texas — The Seward County Saints baseball team went 2-2 on Saturday and Sunday in the Permian Basin of West Texas in a series against Odessa College.
The Saints split each day, falling 12-5 in game on Saturday before returning the favor with a 7-2 win in the nightcap.
Sunday was more of the same as Odessa opened with a 5-1 win before the Saints took the final game, 7-4.
Game statistics were not available as of press time Tuesday.
The Saints were scheduled to visit Midland, Texas on Monday for games against Midland College and Ranger College (Texas).

The Saints were 6-4 on the season heading into Monday’s games, and will return home for a weekend series against Colby. Games at Brent Gould Field begin at 1 and 3:30 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
