HUGOTON – Barbara Ruth McKinley, 63, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, at Pioneer Manor in Hugoton.
She was born April 18, 1947, to Jim and Lena Ruth (Bradley) Porter in Artesia, N.M.
She married Ken McKinley Feb. 14, 1972, in Jal, N.M. He survives.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Hugoton.
Other survivors include three sons, James McKinley, Woodward, Okla., Ken McKinley Jr. and wife, Mary Jo, Fort Supply, Okla., and William Christopher Scot McKinley, Dallas; two daughters, Vivian Carlson and husband, David, Irving, Texas, and Evelyn Hoagie and husband, Aaron, Adams, Okla.; two sisters, Debbie Maden and husband, Chuck, Menard, Texas, and Patsy Taylor and husband, Wayne, Junction City, Texas; six grandchildren, Christopher, Elijah, Rebelle, Kendra, Leslie and Grabiel; one great-granddaughter; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jim Porter.
o Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First Christian Church in Hugoton with ministers Randy Nash and Jim Cunningham presiding.
Friends may sign the register from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Paul’s Funeral Home.
