KISMET – Beverly Kay Semisch, 74, died Saturday, May 1, 2010, at the Meade District Hospital.
She was born January 4, 1936, to Coy and Thelma (Johnson) Jones in Licking, Mo.
She married F. Duane Semisch February 16, 1958, at the United Methodist Church in Leon. He survives.
She was a homemaker and the assistant editor of the Kismet Clipper Newspaper.
She was a member of the Kismet United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed sewing and working crossword puzzles.
She is also survived by one son, Kevin Semisch and wife, Anne, Plains; one daughter, Karla Lynn, Plains; four grandchildren, Adam and Allen Semisch, Plains, Clayton Lynn, Manhattan and Kayla Lynn, Hays; and one sister, Joyce Riekeman, Wichita.
o Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Kismet, with the Rev. Steve Morgan presiding.
Interment will follow at the Kismet Cemetery.
Friends may call until 7 p.m. today at Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary in Meade.
