A Liberal man went to the hospital following a one-vehicle accident Monday morning.

Liberal Police Department Capt. Pat McClurg reported that around 9:30 a.m. Monday, emergency services workers responded to a wreck on East 15th Street.

McClurg said a 28-year-old male from Liberal was riding a blue 2006 Suzuki motorcycle eastbound on 15th Street. The driver lost control of the bike, with it coming to rest on its side.

The man was taken by private vehicle to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to McClurg.
