The top-ranked Forgan Bulldogs made quick work of their first round opponent, Fargo, in the first round of the Buffalo Invitational with an 80-27 win.

Four Bulldogs scored in double figures and a total of nine different players scored.

Forgan controlled from the opening tip, and led 18-6 by the end of the first quarter. The Bulldogs turned it up a notch higher in the second quarter, outscoring the Bearcats 26-7 top take a 44-13 lead to the locker room at halftime.

Forgan put the lead over 40 in the third (61-20), and over 50 in the fourth.

Jace Kerr finished with 17 points, Demetrius Alston scored 13, Cody Mathews 12, Chandler Bryer 11, and Luis Ordonez added 9.

No.1 Forgan (15-0) will take on Shattuck, who beat Vici 42-31 in their opening round game, today at 5:15. The winner advances to Saturday's championship game.
