Kenneth Henderson had a height advantage on the Lady Apaches, and they used it Monday in a 43-11 win over the Lady Apaches.

South ran with Kenneth henderson for the first few minutes, but when the game ended up in a half-court set, Kenneth henderson was able to work the ball to the block and shoot over the shorter Lady Apache defenders.

South worked the ball to the block, too, but the difference was shorter shooters attempting shots over taller defenders.

Patty Alfaro, one of the taller Lady Apaches, led the Lady Apaches with four points but fouled out early in the third quarter.

That gave Kenneth Henderson an added advantage.

Precious Holman, Ay Zeledon and Lexie Acevedo each scored a basket, and Cynthia Amaro made a free throw in the loss.

In the B-team game, South lost 37-9.
