Cecil W. Weatherby, 90, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013, at Beaver, Okla.
He was born May 1, 1923, to  Wade and Carrie (Jenkins) Weatherby at Vaughn, N.M.
He married Billie Jackson Feb. 9, 1947, at Liberal. She preceded him in death.
He graduated from Liberal High School in 1941.
He worked for Beech Aircraft in Liberal for 33 years, retiring in 1985.
He enjoyed the Dallas Cowboys, his grandkids and his dogs.
His survivors include two sons, Billy Weatherby, Forgan, Okla., Cecil Weatherby and wife, Tammy, Wichita; two daughters, Sharon Ralston and husband, Robert, Liberal, Dianna Carr and husband, Tom, Aurora, Colo.; six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, one sister and two grandsons.
• Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Rex Petty presiding at Miller Mortuary.
