MEADE – Robert C. Norsworthy, 84, died  Thursday, July 25, 2013, at the Fowler Residential Care Center.
He was born June 21, 1929, to Robert M. and Myrtle (Felker) Norsworthy in Ensign, Kan. 
He married Wilma Hillery June 1, 1952, in Marienthal, Kan. She survives.
He graduated from Meade High School in 1947. He then attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Okla. 
He later returned to Meade and began his career in farming.
He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, a former board member of Farm Bureau and served on the ASCS County Committee. 
He enjoyed woodworking, welding, constructing lamps, attending auctions, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is also survived by one son,                                                Steve Norsworthy and wife, Linda, Meade,; a daughter,                                    Cindy Taylor and husband, Brian, Battle Ground, Wash.; six grandchildren, Dana Hansen, Sherry Elder, Amanda Johnson, Darren Norsworthy, Lane Taylor, Luke Taylor; and eleven great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Dorothy Conway and Audrey Overman.
• Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of the Nazarene in Meade with Rev. Ron Willard presiding. 
Friends may call from noon to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Fidler Orme Bachman Mortuary, Meade.
Burial will follow in the Graceland Cemetery, Meade.
Memorials are suggested to the Church of the Nazarene Building Fund in care of the funeral home.
