The Tyrone Bobcats grabbed a five point lead in the second quarter, and never gave it up on their way to a 53-46 win over the Goodwell Eagles.

Three Bobcats finished in double-figures with Adan Loma leading the way with 16. Austin Olivas scored 15, and Jacob Williams added 11.

The two teams ended the first quarter knotted at 11, before Tyrone was able to gain a five-point advantage at the half, 27-22.

Tyrone increased their lead in the third quarter by three, outscoring Goodwell 15-12 to lead by eight heading into the final stanza. Goodwell cut into the lead, but it was too little too late as the Bobcats advance to the consolation game where they will take on the Balko Bison.
