TransCanada Corporation made a $1,000 donation to the 2013 OK Kids Day hosted at Meade State Park on June 1. This event, which was free, provided an opportunity for children to participate in a variety of outdoor activities. Some of these activities included catch a fish pond, skeet shoot, bow and arrow target shooting and boat rides. 
This year’s event marked the 12th year the event was conducted at Meade State Park and was attended by more than 600 community members.
TransCanada supports activities and events through donations and partnerships to further the commitment to building healthy, safe and vibrant communities where its employees live and work.
