TURPIN, Okla. – Imogene Studdard, 78, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
She was born May 6, 1931, to Everett and Laura Kile Longcor in Beaver, Okla.
She married H. J. Studdard Dec. 24, 1947, in Elmwood, Okla. He survives.
She graduated from high school in 1948 in Beaver, Okla., and attended nursing school.
She was a LPN at Epworth Hospital. She drove truck for Groendyke Transport for 25 years and retired in 1974.
She is also survived by two daughters, Terra Lynne Studdard, Loveland, Colo., and Rhonda Martinez, San Diego; one sister, Barbara Hagar and husband, Jerry, Ford; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
