Donna Ruth (Phelps) White, an 82 year-old former Tag Agent, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013 in Kellyville, Oklahoma. Donna was born June 21, 1931, to Claire and Beulah (Ford) Phelps, in Beaver, Oklahoma. She graduated from Beaver High School in 1950.

Donna worked for the Oklahoma State Tag Agency of Beaver and for Hardberger and Smylie, Inc. of Beaver.

She is survived by her son Danny and wife Debra White of Arlington, Texas; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters Clara Lou of Beaver and Jerry Moody of Kellyville, Oklahoma; sister-in-law Camille Phelps of Beaver; and by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded by her parents; son David White; three brothers Bernard, Bobbie, and Clyde Eugene Phelps; and one sister Betty Phelps Latham.
