Randall first awarded the scholarship in 1991. The scholarship is awarded annually to a selected student from one of Liberal’s elementary schools. Randall puts the money into a fund, and when the student reaches 18 years of age, they will have money to start with. The scholarship can be used for a four-year college, two-year college, a vo-tech or any school the student desires to attend. Daily Leader photo/Robert Pierce
