William Robert (Bill) Hibler was born March 22, 1956, at Liberal Ks, the son of Lawrence and Laquita (Skaggs) Hibler. He departed this life on Jan. 23, 2013, at his home near Elkland, Mo., at the age of 56 years, 10 months, and 1 day. He was co-owner and operator of L.& B. Trash service. His favorite pastime was motorcycle riding. Mr. Hibler is survived by his wife, Rita; 3 sons: Nickolas Hibler of Blue Mound, IL, Joshua Hibler of Liberal, Ks, Todd Cowan (Cheryl) of Summersworth, N.H., 3 daughters: Jamie Collamore (Luke) of Long Lane, Stacey Eagleburger(Jason) of Elkland, and Mandie Jackson (Kalyn) of Niangua, MO; his mother, Laquita Chrane of Elkland; father, Lawrence Hibler of Amarillo, Tx; 3 brothers: Mark of Houston, TX,James of KCMO, and Larry of Liberal, KS: 6 sisters: Kelli Hibler of Republic, Leslie Crain of Pueblo, CO Barbara Washington, of Wichita,KS, Carla LaDezna of Amarillo,TX, Tammy Lynn Kerr of Amarilla, and Marianne Hibler of Elkland, 11 grandchildren: Lane, Ryan, and Alyssa Collamore, Isabella Cowan, Leah, Grace, and Paige Jackson, Kassidie Eagleburger, Patience Hibler, and two others in Liberal, KS;  and lots of nieces and nephews. One brother, Richard, preceded him in death.

o His wishes were to be cremated and that a memorial gathering of family and friends be held at his home. This will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26th. Services are under direction of the Montgomery-Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo, MO.
