Riggs medals, Redskins finish fifth at Rim Rock Print

It’s the largest event for the Redskins and Lady Redskins each year.
From small to large, the best cross country competition showed up at 
Rim Rock Farms Saturday for the annual cross country meet.
For the Redskins, it was a strong finish, earning sixth out of 28 teams.
The Redskins junior varsity turned in a fourth place finish, showing 
promise for the future of the cross country program.
Morgan Riggs turned in an eighth  place overall finish which earned 
the Redskin standout a medal.
For the Lady Redskins, Destyni Lucero set the pace, finishing 70th.
Liberal’s next event will be at Oklahoma State University Oct. 3.
