MEADE – Linda Jean Ross Hoch, 58, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at her Centennial, Colo., residence.

She was born July 14, 1951, to Calvin Lloyd and Nola Jean (Rhodes) Ross in Meade.

In 1973, she married Robert Hoch. The couple later divorced.

She attended the Meade school system, graduating from Meade High School in 1969. She later attended Fort Hays State University where she received her bachelors degree. She later attended Garden City Community College where she received her nurses training.

She was a registered nurse.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church and enjoyed making floral arrangements and spending time with her family, friends, and grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother; two sons, Dave Hoch, Aurora, Colo., and Garett Hoch, Centennial; one brother, Lloyd E. Ross,  Fayetteville, Ga.; and two grandchildren.

o Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church of Meade with the Rev. Susan Greene presiding.

Burial will be at the Graceland Cemetery of Meade.

Friends may call from noon to 7 p.m. Sunday at Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary of Meade.

Memorials are suggested to the United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
