The Turpin Cardinals dominated for three quarters and cruised to a 53-25 victory over the hardesty Bison Friday afternoon at the Texhoma Tournament.

Turpin jumped out to a 21-4 lead in the first quarter, and increased the lead to 36-8 by halftime. A 17-4 third quarter put Turpin up by 41 points, 53-12, heading into the final period.

Francisco Regelado led the Cardinals offensive output with 15 points. Edgar Anchondo added 11; and Tyler Rader, Bradley Kinser and Freddie Baeza each had 8 points.

Turpin advanced to the consolation game where they faced Boise City, Saturday.
