It all started out well for the Cardinals, but a third quarter collapse left the Cardinals with another loss as Canton won 71-57.

After building an 18-12 lead after one quarter,  and still staying within two trailing 36-34 at the half, the wheels finally came off in the third quarter.  But a 19-5 run by the Tigers in the third put the game away.   Turpin outscored the Tigers 18-16, but ran out of time in their bid for a comeback.

Francisco Regelado led the Cardinals in scoring with 14, and Freddie Baeza added 13.

Turpin faced Waynoka, who was defeated by Shattuck 42-39, Saturday
