L&T staff report
With Forgan and Beaver making it to the state tournament, the Lady Dusters and Bulldogs dominate the Panhandle Conference all-conference teams released this week.
The conference includes Beaver, Forgan, Hooker, Laverne, Texhoma and Turpin.
The Beaver Lady Dusters of head coach Casey Jones and Forgan Bulldogs of head coach Todd Kerr were the 2011 conference champions.
Beaver Erin Becker was the girls conference MVP, while the Forgan trio of Rhett and Ryan Radcliff and Tanner Jones were the boys co-MVPs. They are all juniors.
The Forgan junior high girls and Texhoma junior high boys were the junior high champions of the conference.
2011 Girls All-Conference Team:
Beaver — Jordan Jesko, Anna McDonald, Catie Rife.
Forgan — Samantha Leisher, Kenzi Taylor, Lindsey Trippet.
Hooker — Crystal Ferguson, Shayla Mathis.
Laverne — Hartley Carlisle, Jaden Crocker, Heather Halliburton, K.D. Zollinger.
Texhoma — Lyndi Berry, Ann E. Freeman, Courtney Sheets.
2011 Boys All-Conference Team:
Beaver — Samuel Becker, Cole Trippet.
Forgan — Tayler Eagan, Tyler McReynolds, Matt Morris, Jake Regier.
Hooker — Joe Bean, Alex Sanchez, Payson Slater.
Laverne — Trevor Harris, Seth Overstreet.
