ULYSSES – Traci Jo Nightingale, 40, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, as a result of an automobile accident in Grant County.
She was born Dec. 8, 1969, to Jay and Janice (Koehn) Dirks in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
She married Sidney W. Nightingale March 18, 1990 at Bonners Ferry. He survives.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Grant Mennonite Church in Ulysses.
She is also survived by two sons, Christopher Nightingale, Ulysses, and Austin Nightingale, Ulysses; two daughters, Samantha Nightingale, Ulysses, and Tiffany Nightingale, Ulysses; her parents; one grandfather, Harold Dirks, Montezuma; one grandmother, Francis Koehn, Ulysses; one brother, Amos Dirks and wife, Tiana, Potlatch, Idaho; one sister, Miki Koehn and husband, Kevin, Potlatch, Idaho; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Emma Dirks; and grandfather, Vernon Koehn.
o Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Grant Mennonite Church in Ulysses with ministers Denton Koehn and Stuart Jantzen presiding.
Burial will follow at the Grant Mennonite Cemetery in Ulysses.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Grant County Funeral Home.
