HUGOTON – Beverly Elaine McDaniels, 41, died Friday, June 16, 2017 at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City. 

She was born Jan. 28, 1976 to Robert and Kay (Molder) McDaniels in Memphis, Texas.

She graduate from Hugoton High School in 1994 and then went to Seward County Community College, where she graduated from in 1996.

She was the jailer for several years at Stevens County Sheriff's Department.  

She collected Elvis items of any sort, and also liked to read and shoot guns.

Survivors include her parents, Robert (Reece) and Kay, Hugoton; grandmother, Ann Robinson, Clarendon, Texas; brothers, Adam McDaniels and wife, Sara, Hugoton, and Clint McDaniels, Wisconsin; twin sister, Diane McDaniels, Hugoton; companion, Jesse Moore, Cushing, Texas; and stepson, Quin Moore, Cushing, Texas.

She was preceded in death by grandparents: Lloyd and Betty Molder, and Vernon McDaniels; and uncle, Rick Woody.

• Graveside services took place this morning at the Hugoton Cemetery in Hugoton.
