Housing and Community Development Director Karen LaFreniere, holding plaque, along with members of USDA and city officials broke ground Monday evening at 813 S. New York to signify the building of more homes through the Self Help Housing Program. “This is a ground breaking for six more houses we will be working on, like the others,” LaFreniere said. “These should start in the next few weeks or so.
