KENNETH R. PREEDY
SUBLETTE – Kenneth R. Preedy, 58, died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008, at Golden Living Nursing Center in El Dorado.
He was born Jan. 25, 1950, to Don E. and Joyce M. (Blake) Preedy in Garden City.
He graduated from Satanta High School and went on to attend Liberal Vo-Tech and Garden City Juco.
He worked in farming, the feedlot and custom cutting.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling.
Survivors include one sister, Carolyn Ulin and husband, Larry, Wichita; two nieces, Doni Randall and Billie Linden; two nephews, Larry Ulin and Michael Ulin; two grand nephews; one grand niece; one sister-in-law, Becki Preedy, Sublette; and many relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Ralph Baldridge; two brothers, John Edwin Preedy and Ronald Earl Preedy; and his grandparents, Walter and Wilma Preedy.
o Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pleasant Prairie Church of God in Satanta with ministers Lloyd Bowen and Jay Hall presiding.
Cremation has taken place, and burial will be at a later date.
Friends may sign the register from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Haskell County Funeral Home.
