Obituary

Turpin, Okla. – Vance Justin Hoffman was stillborn Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.

He was the son of Rob Justin and Shanna Renee (Headrick) Hoffman of Turpin, Okla.

Other survivors include one brother, Erik Stephen Hoffman of the home; one sister, Kaitlyn Rebecca Hoffman of the home;  grandparents, Randy and Rhonda Hoffman, Liberal, Stephen and Tommy Headrick, Turpin; great-grandparents, Darlene Hammer, Sublette, Randall and Vivian Hoffman, Sublette, Roberta Cantwell, Turpin, and Albert and Lorene Littau, Balko, Okla.; and great-great- grandparent, Dorral Kells, Garden City.

He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Jay Hammer, Warren Headrick and Jerry Cantwell.

o Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Turpin United Methodist Church with Pastor Todd Bergman presiding.

Burial will follow at the Hooker Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. today at Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home.

Memorials are suggested to the Turpin United Methodist Church to assist the family in care of Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. Second, Liberal, KS 67901.
