Thad Fulton is no stranger to the octagon.

The local cage fighter has three AMMA fights under his belt, and he will return to the cage April 24 at Plantation Station to continue his young career in the sport.

So far, Fulton is  2-1, and his last fight only last one minute before the referee stopped the fight and Fulton was awarded a TKO.

Fulton is just as comfortable on his feet as he is on the mat, and the 135-pound fighter is on top-notch shape.

He plans to use his cardio and his speed as his strengths when he faces his opponent, Travis Walls from Wetumkwa.

And Fulton didn’t pull any punches when laying out his strategy for the fight.

“I’m going for the knockout,” he said.

Fulton will be a part of 19 fights at Throwdown Showdown 7 which will take place Saturday, April 24 at Plantation Station in Liberal. Tickets are available at Rine’s American Freestyle Karate.
