BEAVER, Okla. – Wilma Geanie Davis, 73, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at her home in Beaver, Okla.
She was born March 13, 1937, to Henry G. and Ruth E. Sowers Ratliff in Whitewater, Colo.
She married Howard Reed. He preceded her in death.
She then married Bill Earl Davis Feb. 11, 1963, in Pawnee, Okla. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Church of the First Born in Beaver.
She enjoyed singing, sewing, quilting, cooking and baking.
Survivors include four sons, Waldon Earl Davis and wife, Sharon, Ponca City, Okla., Michael Eugene Reed, Beaver, Joseph Earl Davis and wife, Lori, Beaver, and Henry C.R. Davis and wife, Valerie, Beaver; one brother, Ray Ratliff and wife, Rose Marie, Webb City, Okla.; four sisters, Bessie Drake and husband, Mickey, Grand Junction, Colo., Peggy Baker, Mountain View, Ark., Georgia Sayre and husband, Richard, Bartlesville, Okla., and Beulahmay Hickman and husband, Dewayne, Kaw City, Okla.; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great- grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Beverly Jean Osborn and Ruth Alice Hawkins; one sister, Mabel Ellen; and one granddaughter, Carrie Jean Hawkins.
o Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Overton Cemetery in rural Beaver with Joey Hambright presiding.
