Angeline Stevens, 66, died Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
She was born July 30, 1943, to Sam and Selma Leon Taylor in Shreveport, La.
She married Wilson C. Stevens Aug. 20, 1966, in Houston.
She graduated from Springville High School in Shreveport in 1962.
She was a dietician and cook at Southwest Medical Center for 13 years, retiring in January 2002.
She was a member of the Community Missionary Baptist Church of Liberal.
She is survived by two sons, Issac Leon, San Bernardino, Calif., and Murray Leon and wife, Denise, Dumas, Ark.; two daughters, Loretta King and husband, Kirby, Liberal, amd Angela Bogany and husband, Michael, Houston; three brothers, George Taylor, Henry Taylor and Wayne Taylor, all of Shreveport; six sisters, Bobbi Anderson, Flora Hall, Lula Brown, Minnelli Taylor, Maud Ethel McIntyre, all of Shreveport, and Juanetta Sterling, Dallas; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and sisters.
o Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bibleway Church of God in Christ, with Rev. Issac Leon presiding.
Burial will be at the Liberal Cemetery.
