FORGAN, Okla. – Roy Glenn Bridwell, 49, died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Beaver County Memorial Hospital.

He was born Aug. 2, 1960, to Robert Ross and Velma Dorene (Mossburg) Bridwell.

He married Joy Kingcade March 13, 1993, in Perryton, Texas. She survives.

He graduated from high school.

He was an officer with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.

He was a member of the Forgan Christian Church.

Other survivors include his mother; two sons, Kyle and Blake Bridwell, Forgan, Okla.; two sisters, Betty Schollenbarger of Arizona and Roberta Bridwell, Spearman, Texas; one grandchild; and many relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.

o Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Beaver First Christian Church with Leah Jones and Jim Sutherland presiding.

Burial will be at the Forgan Cemetery.
