The Liberal Redskins traveled to Wichita Friday to compete in the Regional Track Meet, and several Redskins qualified for the state track meet.

The boys took second at the regional meet, and the Lady Redskins finished fifth.

Trenton Hammond, who dominated the 110 meter hurdles all season, took second in the preliminaries and false started in the finals which resulted in a disqualification. He did win the 300 meter hurdles.

In the results that follow, state qualifiers will be indicated with an asterisk.
