2 15-year-olds, a 17-year-old being held on $250,000 bond

Three Liberal teens are awaiting court time allegedly on two counts each of attempted murder and aggravated robbery and one count each of aggravated burglary.

Emmanuel Goytia, 17, Erasmo Delacruz, 15, and Javier Neave, 15, were each arrested on March 27, and all are being held on bonds of $250,000 in the Seward County Jail, according to Seward County Attorney Don Scott.

Scott said Goytia and Delacruz have schedulings on the court’s calendar for 8:30 a.m. on May 12, while Neave has a preliminary hearing set for 9 a.m. on May 28, all in Seward County District Court.
