Janese Thatcher, dean of Career and Technical Education at Seward County Community College/Area Technical School, walks a meditation labyrinth that helps a person connect with both the left and right side of the brain, which can aid in the creative process and help in problem solving. Instructor Lydia Augustine, T’ai Chi and Yoga instructor, instructed participants in the library recently. A labyrinth does not have multiple routes; there is only one path that begins on the outside and leads to the center. Courtesy photo
