Obituary

 

Lorenza Olvera Hidrogo 79, died, Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.

She was born July 7, 1934  to Amador Olvera and Agustina Hidrogo in 18 Marzo Durango, Mexico.

She married Alfonso Zatarain in 18 Marzo Durango, Mexico. He preceded her in death Nov. 6, 1995.

Survivors include sons:  Artemio Zatarain and wife Alejanarinn, Alfonso Zatarain and wife  Amparo and Victor zatarain and wife Luzelva; daughters, Ludivina and Feliciano Yañez, and Maria Piodad and husband Roberto Favela; brothers: Clemente Olvera, Benito Olvera and Adislao Olvera; 27 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents; son, Raul Zatarain; brother, Jose Olvera; and sisters: Maria Olvera, Ernestina Olvera and Maria del Carmen Olvera.

• Funeral Mass will be at 1 pm Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hooker, Okla. with Fr. John Mejia Muñoz  presiding.

Burial will be in Mexico

Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
