A Forgan, Okla., man died early Saturday morning in a one-vehicle roll-over at old business U.S. Highway 83 and County Road J.

Jesus Balderarma, 22, died when his 2003 Ford Pickup rolled several times around 1:20 a.m. at mile marker 1 on Hwy. 83, according to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol. Balderarma was ejected from the vehicle, which ended up on its top. He was not wearing his seat restraint, the report noted.

He was taken to Southwest Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Another passenger in the truck,  Blanca Herrera-Perez, 22, was taken to SWMC for treatment of her injuries. The KHP report noted she was wearing her seat belt at the time of the accident.
