First Pestige Club announces Senior Spelling Bee winners PDF Print E-mail

The First Prestige Club at First National Bank of Liberal hosted its’ fourth annual Senior Spelling Bee on Wednesday. The top three spellers pictured left to right were Cheryl Louderback winning first place, a trophy, a blue ribbon, Spelling Bee Certificate and $100; Sonya Payne winning second place, a trophy, a red ribbon, Spelling Bee Certificate and $50; and Marian McCaulley winning third place, a trophy, a white ribbon, Spelling Bee Certificate and $25. Other participating FPC members received $5 and a Spelling Bee certificate. They included:  Maggie Sale, Linda Cooley, Lois Morrissey, Goldie Parker, Willie Mae Eagan, Lillian Holifield, Nick Gaona, Glenna Myrick, Teresa Stout, Harriett Arnett, Helen Farrar and Gwen Hanson.
