The city commission will be conducting its second February meeting tonight starting at 6:30 and has several items on the agenda.

One of the first things that will be discussed will be the neighborhood revitalization plan. Tonight will feature the final reading of this ordinance followed by a vote.

Another ordinance that will be having its final reading will be about establishing a code of ethics for all city officials and employees.  This final reading will also be followed by a vote.

A final reading and vote on the controversial ordinance concerning the establishment of a building safety board of appeals will also take place. After this will follow a final reading and vote on an ordinance establishing new codes for building, building regulations and code enforcement.

A resolution concerning the adoption of a fee schedule for city construction permits will also be discussed before final items and reports from commissioners.
