Duane “Gene” Eugene Bauer, 52, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014.
He was born June 2, 1961, to Duane and Lois Bauer in Lamar, Colo.
He was a salesman for 25 years who represented many meat and deli producers including Wilson Foods, Doskocil Foods, Smithfield Packing and Little Kentucky Smokehouse.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing with friends and reading historical and biblical books.
Survivors include his mother; his wife, Leigh Ann; daughters, Gena and Claude Robinson, MacKenzie and Meghan; step-children, Evan Perriman and wife, Summer, Brittany Perriman and Jordan Perriman; brothers, Marty Bauer and wife, Cindy, and Jimmy Bauer; grandchildren, Boston Perriman, Trevis Robinson and Charli Perriman; nieces and nephews, Tanner, Caitlyn, Brooklynn, Shea Bauer and Austin Lewellen.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, George and Martha Bauer and Virgle and Shirley Batterton; and his father.
• Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Christ’s Legacy Church, 11101 N. Morgan Road, Yukon, Okla.
Burial will follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
Friends may call today at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service with the family to receive friends from 6-8 p.m.
