DALHART, Texas – Lillie Louisa Humphrey, 96, died Feb. 14, 2010, at Coon Memorial Home in Dalhart, Texas.

Lillie was born Oct. 18, 1913, to Charles Peter and Gladys Woodard Raff in Durham, Okla.

She married Chester Humphrey on Nov. 24, 1950. He preceded her in death.

She enjoyed sewing and spent a lot of her time making handmade quilts and potholders.

She is survived by two daughters, Doris Marie Moad, Grandview, Mo., and Martha Sechrist of Dalhart, Texas; two brothers, Floyd “Hop” Raff and wife, Wilma, Hooker, Okla., and Mike Raff, Lompac, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, three sons, six brothers, four sisters and one grandchild.

o Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Hooker Cemetery with Brother Jim Roebuck of the First Baptist Church in Hooker presiding.

Memorials are suggested for family use and may be left at Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, OK 73945.
