Obituary

Eva Mae Dudley, 94, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, in Satanta.

She was born Sept. 3, 1919, to John and Dovie Mae (Smyres) Alexander in Sabine County, Texas.

She married Virdell Dudley Dec. 26, 1939, in San Augustine, Texas. He died May 24, 1998.

She was the head housekeeper for Holiday Inn/Liberal Inn in Liberal for 47 years.

She was a member of the South Church of God of Liberal.

She enjoyed fishing, hunting, her friends, visiting with people and the Thursday night Bible study group.

Her survivors include one daughter, Virnell Dudley, Liberal.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

o Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Restlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends and family will meet at 9:30 a.m. at Miller Mortuary to follow the procession to the cemetery.

Friends may call from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to the South Church of God Building Fund in care of the mortuary.
