Raychelle Elaine Kelly, 70, died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at her residence in Liberal.
She was born July 10, 1943, the daughter of Raymond Otto Elaine May (Nelson) Summers, in San Diego, Calif.
She graduated from Sweetwater High School in National City, Calif.
She was member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She was employed at Liberal Memorial Library as a Children's Librarian assistant, Liberal Senior Center helping with Meals on Wheels and Sensitive Home Care as an in home care giver.
She had married William Franklin Davis, Jr.
She married Lawrence R. Kelly Dec 9, 1972, at National City, Calif. He preceded her in death Nov. 25, 1996.
Survivors include three daughters, Jacqueline Davis Liberal, Christina Fielder and husband, Gregory Searcy, Ark., Laura Osgood, Liberal; eight grandchildren, Brian S. Davis, Gina M. Guyton, Michael G. Larson, Amber, M. Austin, Ethan L. Davis, Chelsea Droste, Dennis Droste, Alan Fielder; and great-grandchildren, Blake Austin, Cody Austin, Mariah Garverick, Savahanna Guyton, Sophia Guyton, Aubree Guyton and Isaac Wayne Castaneda.
• Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Branch President Tom Willis presiding.
