ROLLA – Weldon R. Clinesmith, 78, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Stevens County Hospital, Hugoton.

He was born Aug. 26, 1935, to Howard and Leone (Ipson) Clinesmith in Rolla.

He worked for Morton County Sanitary Department for many years.

Survivors include two brothers, Charles Clinesmith, Hugoton, and Raymon Clinesmith and Jill, Ulysses; one sister, Esther Smith, Canyon City, Colo.; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Bob, Jim and Howard Clinesmith; and three sisters, Margaret Clinesmith, Norma Keener and Phyllis Jones.

• Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church, Rolla, with Pastor Sandy Ferguson presiding.

Burial will be at the Rolla Cemetery.

Friends may call until 8 p.m. today.

Memorials are suggested the Rolla United Methodist Church and may be mailed to Paul’s Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
