Not satisfied with merely hurting the American people as a result of the so-called U.S. “government shutdown,” President Barack Obama’s minions are now attempting to instill fear and uncertainty among America’s allies, claims Joel Pressman, a former U.S. police captain and now a firearms training instructor.

Pressman notes that the Obama administration on Thursday threatened to make cuts in defense assistance to Israel.

According to a Jewish Telegraphic Agency report on Thursday, the Obama administration “underscored potential cuts in defense assistance to Israel in making its case against the federal government shutdown.”

“In the absence of a continuing resolution, we have no FY14 Foreign Military Financing, International Military Education or Peacekeeping Operations funds to obligate,” Marie Harf of the State Department said in prepared remarks.

“So for example FY 2014 security assistance funding for Israel will be delayed until a continuing resolution or until full-year appropriation is passed,” Harf said. “The State Department’s ability to provide military assistance to Israel and other allies in the time frame that is expected and customary could be hindered depending on the length of the shutdown.”

“Obama knows that the majority of Jewish voters supported his reelection so he is attempting to get them angry with the GOP because the U.S. will fail to provide military assistance to Israel. It’s a dirty political trick from a President influenced by hardcore radical Saul Alinsky,” said Stuart Greenfeld, a former director of corporate security for a major multinational business organization.

Demands by the majority Republican lawmakers in the U.S. House of Representatives to at least delay President Obama’s health care legislation, known as Obamacare, is being blamed for causing this week’s U.S. government shutdown.

President Obama waived the employer mandate for one year, as well as providing waivers for his supporters within the labor unions, but he has refused to give the majority of Americans the same waiver being enjoyed by “Obama’s favored,” said political strategist Mike Baker.

“All of a sudden, Obama is claiming he cannot simply change the law. Really? I guess he can’t change the law when it’s convenient not to change it,” Baker said. “Saul Alinsky – and Vladimir Lenin – would be proud of America’s transparent president,” he added.

“Ask any Border Patrol agent and they will tell you that Obama and his people willy-nilly ignore immigration laws they don’t like,” said Iris Aquino, a former NYPD officer who was assigned to anti-terrorism.
