Richard Yorio, 20, died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
He was born to Daniel Yorio and Kathy Hoddy Yorio May 16, 1993, in Liberal.
He graduated from Liberal High School in 2011. While in high school, he worked for the Liberal Air Museum.
He was an honorary member of the Liberal H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group).
He had a love for music, reading, video games, especially Mario, cars, semi trucks and his greatest treasure was being able to name any old beat up chevy.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Daniel and Vicky Yorio, Liberal; mother and stepfather, Kathy and Sean Grandy, Hooker, Okla.; and brother, Brandon Yorio, Liberal.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Patrick Yorio.
• Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Seward County AG Building with Pastor Bill Prater presiding.
Burial will take place at Restlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Brenneman Funeral Home with the family to greet friends on Sunday.
