Obituary

Lovetta Rose Massa, 91, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013, at Harry Hynes Hospice Center in Wichita.
She was born April 10, 1922, to Andrew and Cora (DeCamp) Hochett in Liberal.
She married Joseph Bethel Massa, Feb. 14, 1941, in Stevens County. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker
She attended First Assembly of God Church, Liberal, where she taught Jr. girls Sunday school for many years.
She is survived by sons, Carl Massa and Merwyn Massa, both of Liberal; daughter, Blinda Massa, Liberal; sister, Dorothy Kost Turpin, Okla.; several nieces; nephews; and sister-in-law, Clarabelle Palmer, Liberal.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
• Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rex Petty presiding.
Burial will be at Restlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to  may be sent to the Charity of donor's choice, in care of Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. Second Street, Liberal, KS 67901.
