Curtis Lee Brooks, 59, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Santanta Long Term Care Unit.
He was was born to Alfred (Sam) and Gwendolyn (June) Brooks Nov. 24, 1953.
He is survived by two sons, Justin Brooks, Wichita, Joshua Brooks, Oklahoma City, Okla.; two brothers, Perry Brooks and wife, Patricia, Kismet,Trent Brooks and wife, Paula, Hooker, Okla.;  two sisters, Trena Slater and husband, Keith, Sublette, Tonya Thompson and  husband, Orb, Plains; mother, June Brooks, Kismet; and three grandchildren, Shay Brooks, Max Brooks and Andrew Greener.
• Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013,  at the United Methodist Church in Hooker, Okla.
