ABOVE: Cheyenne Holder smiles as she is crowned the 2013 Five-State Fair Queen Saturday evening by the Soroptimist Club at the fairgrounds prior to the opening night of the stock car races, which will conclude tonight with the fair champions being determined. Holder is very familiar with the fair queen duties, as she was involved with 4-H for years and always participated in the fair. For more photos of days two and three at the fair, see PAGE  4.
