The Turpin Cardinals used a 7-0 run to start the fourth quarter to move ahead 54-39 and avoid an upset, defeating Boise City 63-46.

Turpin gained a slim 17-15 lead in the first quarter, but the Wildcats cut that lead to only one at the half, with Turpin leading 30-29.

Keifer Hood scored eight of his 15 in the third quarter including to critical threes that helped Turpin take a 47-39 lead heading into the fourth.

Braydon Robinson led the Cardinals with 16 points, Konner Hood added 13, and Cale Longhofer tallied 12.

Boise City's Todd Munsch led all scorers with 22.

Turpin moved on to the finals, and will take on No.7 Texhoma for the third time this season.
