ELKHART – Margaret A. Schwartz, 68, died Sunday at Morton County Hospital, Elkhart.
She was born Sep. 7, 1944, to Lawrence and Neona (Nichols) Netcher in Wauseon, Ohio.
She married George Schwartz on Oct. 4, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio. He survives.
She attended highschool in Blissfield, Mich., and graduated from Seward County Community College. She then worked at Morton County Care Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
She enjoyed working on crafts, crocheting, knitting, ceramics, quilting and making doll clothing.
Other survivors include four sons, Keith Neuman and wife, Rhonda, Elkhart; Larry Neuman and wife, April, Liberal; Edward Schwartz and wife, Carlie, Angels Camp, Calif.; Douglas Schwartz and wife, Kayla, Amarillo, Texas; One daughter, Merry Clinkingbeard and husband, Sam, Elkhart; Three brothers, John Netcher, Sr, Jim Netcher and Charles Netcher, all of Wauseon, Ohio; Five sisters, Diana West, Rosemary Linehan, Marilyn Netcher, Kathy Netcher, all of Wauseon, Ohio, and Janice Dashner, Blissfield, Mich.; 22 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Michael Neuman.
• Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Christian Church in Elkhart with Glen Conaway presiding.
Graveside service will follow at the Elkhart Cemetery, Elkhart, KS.
