Erlene L. Hargrove, 87, died Saturday, June 22, 2013, at her home in Colorado Springs, Colo.
She was born Jan. 3, 1926, to L.R. and Ida Spears in Goodwell, Okla.
She married Wayne Hargrove April 29, 1944. He died Aug. 20, 1992.
She was the owner of Sentimentally Yours and also worked as an administrative assistant at Southwest Medical Center, Stu Emmert Chevrolet and Carlile Water Well Service.
She is survived by her children, Jim (Sally) Hargrove, El Dorado, Nancy (Tom) Simpson, Estes Park, Colo., and Mark Hargrove, Colorado Springs; grandchildren, Duky Hargrove, Colorado Springs, James Hargrove, Colorado Springs, Anne Compton, Neosho, Mo., and Matt (Lacey) Maturey, Liberal; great-grandchildren, Max Compton, Lily Claire Compton, Neosho, Mo., and Alex VanWyhe, Kirsten VanWyhe, and Aubrie Maturey, Liberal; and several close nieces, nephews and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Howard Spears; and three sisters, Alice Spears, Bathena LaBarge, and Helen Wallin.
• A graveside memorial service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 13, at Elmhurst Cemetery, Guymon, Okla.
