The Hooker Bulldogs played right with the No.7 Texhoma Red Devils in the second and third periods. Unfortunately, the Bulldogs were outscored 13-3 in the first quarter and fell 57-37 to Texhoma.

Hooker outscored Texhoma 13-12 in the second to remain within striking distance at the half.

Texhoma extended their lead to 12 and led 38-26 heading into the fourth quarter.

Texhoma put the game away in the fourth, winning 57-37.

Texhoma’s Cash Overton was the games high scorer with 18, and J.D. Pugh added 16. Hooker was led by Blake Kennedy with 11, and Jake Broadbent added 9. Hooker will play Tyrone at 12:15 p.m. Thursday in the first round of the Texhoma Tournament.
